WDVM Moving To Winchester

DCRTV hears that WDVM (channel 25) is moving its transmitter site from Hagerstown to the 92.5 WAIW mountaintop site outside of Winchester.

We also hear the original WINC-FM tower at that location will be coming down. That tower had been serving as a backup for WIAW.
